Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lunamara piece. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with the authenticity card included.

How to start a return
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
